For the first time, Ethiopian military is publicly speaking out against endless civil wars, from the Amhara, Tigray, Afar to Oromo and Somali regions. Army officers are finally telling Prime Minister Abiye Ahmed Ali, “we are tired and can no longer wage a civil war.”

They are also asking the leadership “to resolve the differences through negotiations.”
