Puntland’s Minister of Interior Juxa has dismissed reports published earlier today by
the Addis Standard alleging that Ethiopian migrants were killed in Puntland. Speaking in an exclusive interview with Daljir Media, Minister Juha refuted the claims, stating that no migrants have been harmed and that the ongoing operation is not targeting any specific community.

“We are conducting a legal operation to verify the number of migrants in Puntland,” Minister Juxa told Radio Daljir. He added, “Our objective is to distinguish between those with proper documentation and those without. There is no truth to reports of killings or targeted attacks against any particular community.”
