WHILE PRESIDENT HASSAN SHEIKH PLEADS FOR PUBLIC SUPPORT HIS SUPPORTERS PAINT THE SAME PUBLIC AS “ETHIOPIAN BASTARDS WHO PRETEND TO BE SOMALIS”

As President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud on one hand demands allegiance to his rule while on the other he tacitly plans to oust or sanction anyone who opposes his sinister divide and rule political tactics, his supporters in plain sight tell the same public what the president thinks of them behind the scenes.

In a shameless and never before witnessed gathering of President Hassan Sheikh’s clan supporters in Mogadishu, they paint the people of South West State of Somalia as “Not real Somalis but Ethiopian bastards born during President Abdullahi Yusuf era in Baidoa, who pretend to be Somalis.”

President Hassan Sheikh has yet to issue an apology to the people of South West but instead Baidoa wakes up this morning to a mass of flight cancellations by Villa Somalia controlled Somalia Civil Aviation Authority. However, after an unprecedented public uproar all flights to Baidoa were eventually restored.

The insults against the people of South West, the attempted closure of Bossaso airport, the attempted takeover of Baraawe Airport, and suspension of Baidoa flights are the latest examples of President Hassan Sheikh’s disastrous leadership that is deepening the rifts between Villa Somalia and Federal Member States.

In search of a presidential apology or some kind of remorse, Sheiknor Abucar Qassim posts on X, “If the president doesn’t control the officials around him with a tribalistic and divisive ideology that pits Somalis against each other, it can only be considered that he agrees with them fully and they only speak his believes out loud.”

As President Hassan Sheikh drifts the nation to uncharted territory, Somali people are now questioning the president’s fitness to lead the nation.

Is President Hassan Sheikh fit to lead the nation?
