On September 18, 2006, Al-Shabaab carried out a brutal terrorist attack in Baidoa targeting President Abdullahi Yusuf Ahmed. Nine people were killed, including his brother, and many others were injured.
We honor the victims and condemn the terrorism that has brought immense suffering to the Somali people. May Allah have mercy on all those who lost their lives. Aamiin, Ya Rabbi.
